What are your fears saying?
That's actually the most common thing I hear. And it makes sense. Most approaches give you insight or accountability, whereas this programme gives you a structured system for changing your actual mental habits. These exercises work at the level of your nervous system, not just your thinking. The daily reps create real neurological change, not just awareness. The daily practice takes up to 15 minutes. The weekly coaching call is 60 minutes. That's less than 3 hours a week! I'd ask you — how much time are your patterns currently costing you? I came through 5 years of understanding my own patterns — the ways I'd learned to play small, suppress my voice and please for acceptance rather than just be myself. Growing up, I absorbed messages that taught me to second-guess my own instincts. My mum's anxiety became my anxiety. My dad's expectations became my expectations. My early friendships taught me it was safer to try to fit in than to stand out. For a long time, I carried other people's fears and standards as if they were my own. Understanding all of this helped me change it, for myself and my clients.
